Shipping policy
Shipping
We ship within Italy, throughout the European Union and to most non-EU countries. Here you will find couriers, times and all shipping costs, zone by zone: the same ones you will see at checkout.
1. Couriers
Orders are shipped using the services of the couriers GLS, BRT, DPD, UPS and DHL. We choose the courier based on the destination and the type of product. You will receive an SMS or an email confirming that the goods have been shipped, with the tracking code (tracking number) provided by the courier.
2. Where orders ship from
All products shipped are carefully packed and leave from:

3. Preparation times
Shipments are made on working days, from Monday to Friday.
- Products in stock. If the products are immediately available, orders received from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are processed, as an indication, within 24/72 hours of receipt of payment. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are handled on the following Monday.
- Products not in stock. If the order contains at least one product that is not immediately available, preparation times vary depending on the product chosen.
- During promotions, due to the high number of orders, shipments may require 2 or 3 extra days of handling.
4. Production times for custom helmets
Painted and customised helmets are made to order by hand. When the chosen model is not available in stock, the stated production times are:
- Full Face Indy: 3/4 working weeks;
- Full Face GT — Gran Turismo: 4/5 working weeks;
- other custom models, clothing and accessories made to order: the production time is indicated on the product page or communicated by email after the order.
The production time is added to the courier delivery times indicated in point 5.
5. Delivery times
Overall delivery times are calculated by adding the preparation (or production) times of the order to the shipping times. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays), during normal office hours (9:00–18:00).
- Italy: delivery expected, as an indication, within 1/2 days of shipment; 3/4 days for deliveries to Basilicata, Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia.
- European EU countries: within 3/4 working days of shipment.
- European non-EU countries: within 5/6 working days of shipment.
- Rest of the world: times depend on the destination and on local customs procedures; write to us at info@70s.it for an estimate before ordering.
6. How the shipping cost is calculated
The cost depends on the destination and on the total weight of the order, according to two brackets:
- up to 3 kg — typically corresponds to one product (a helmet weighs about 1,3 kg when packed);
- over 3 kg — typically corresponds to two or more products.
The exact cost is calculated automatically in the cart before payment. There is no free shipping threshold: the rates below apply to every order.

If your destination does not appear in this list, write to us at info@70s.it: we will check the feasibility and the cost of the shipment.
8. Duties and taxes outside the European Union
For non-EU shipments, taxes, customs duties and any other charges are at your expense and are requested by the courier or by customs at the time of delivery. They are not included in the price of the products or in the shipping cost shown at checkout.
9. Storage and redelivery
If you are not present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a delivery notice with instructions for requesting a second attempt.
Once the deadline for the second attempt has passed without delivery having taken place, the parcel will be available for paid collection at the courier's competent depot.
Once the storage period at the courier's depot has ended, the parcel will return to our warehouse. You will be contacted for a further redelivery at your expense.
10. Collection from the showroom
If you prefer to collect in person, write to us at info@70s.it or on WhatsApp at +39 338 9554500 before completing the order: we will arrange collection at the 70's showroom, which welcomes visitors by appointment. We will let you know by email when the item is available for collection.
