Returns and exchanges for purchases from the website www.70s.it or at the store in Bolzano Vicentino (VI)

If you need to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to help you!
You have 14 days from receiving the order. The procedure is easy and quick.

You can return the product in exchange for a gift voucher or for a different product, or send the product back and be refunded net of charges and/or any return duties, using the same payment method used for the purchase transaction.

The shipping costs of sending back the products to be replaced/returned are at your expense.
The shipping costs of sending back the products to be replaced/returned are at our expense in the event of defects in the products.
The shipping costs to you of the exchanged products are covered by us.

Please take note of the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• NO returns or exchanges are made for custom commissions, i.e. helmets made to your specific request
• Returned items must still have their tag and must be returned in their original packaging
• Returned items must not show signs of visible wear or use
• NO return can be made of a Gift Card
• For non-EU shipments, taxes, customs duties and any other charges are at your expense
• For shipments to Switzerland and the United Kingdom, before starting a return/exchange procedure we kindly ask you to contact us by email at info@70s.it

Return in store

Send an email to info@70s.it stating:

– First name and surname, email, telephone

– the code of the order placed online, or the date of the sales receipt (for products bought at the store in Bolzano Vicentino (VI) – Via Morosana, 1
36050 Bolzano Vicentino (VI) – ITALIA)

– the item/items to be returned

– the reason for the return, if you would like to help us understand why you are sending it back and improve our service

– state the Return in store option

You will receive a reply by email shortly and you will agree on when you can come to the store in Bolzano Vicentino (VI). Bring with you the products indicated and the documents relating to the purchase and to the return request.

Return by express courier

Send an email to info@70s.it stating:

– First name and surname, email, telephone

– the code of the order placed online, or the date of the sales receipt (for products bought at the store in Bolzano Vicentino (VI) – Via Morosana, 1

– the item/items to be returned

Put the printout of the email in the parcel and ship it to the following address:

Within 10 days of receiving the return, after checking the condition of the product, you will receive the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Exchange of goods in store (return of the products purchased in exchange for other products of the same value)

The goods ordered can be exchanged, for example in the event of the wrong size, or if you would like another model or item.
