70's Helmets delivers within Italy, throughout the European Community and to most countries outside the EU.
Orders are shipped via the courier services GLS, BRT, DPD, UPS.

All products shipped are carefully packaged and depart from:

Shipments are made on working days from Monday to Friday.

ORDER PREPARATION TIME

Preparation times with "products in stock": if products are immediately available, orders received from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are processed approximately 24/72 hours after receipt of payment. Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays are processed on the following Monday.

Preparation times with "non-stock products": if the order contains at least one product that is not immediately available from stock, preparation times vary depending on the product chosen. For example, for some customised products, preparation times can vary from 2 to 4 working weeks.

DELIVERY TIMES

The total delivery time is calculated by adding the order preparation time to the shipping time. You will receive an SMS or email confirming that the goods have been dispatched with the tracking number provided by GLS/BRT/DPD/UPS, which will allow you to check the progress of your shipment at any time.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), during normal office hours (9:00 - 18:00). If you are absent at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a note with instructions on how to request a second delivery.
If you are absent when the parcel is delivered, the courier will leave a note with instructions for a second delivery. After the second delivery, the parcel will be available for collection at the courier's premises.

After the period of storage at the carrier's premises, the package will return to our warehouse. You will be contacted for a later delivery at your expense.

Delivery times are conditioned by the areas of destination of the products.
Italy: delivery is indicatively expected within 1/2 days from shipment, 3/4 days in the case of deliveries to Basilicata, Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia.
EU European countries: delivery is indicatively expected within 3/4 working days from shipment.
Non-EU European countries: delivery is approximately expected within 5/6 working days from shipment.

**During Promotions, due to a high number of orders, shipments may take an extra 2 or 3 days to process.

DELIVERY IN SHOP
Your order will be delivered to you at the 70's Customs Showroom in Monticello Conte Otto (Vi), Via San Gaetano Thiene n. 1.

If you have chosen this type of delivery, you will receive an email when you place your order on the website, and another when the chosen item is available for collection.

SHIPPING COSTS
