If you need to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to help!
You have 14 days from receipt of your order. The procedure is quick and easy.

You can return the product in exchange for a shopping voucher or a different product, or return the product and be reimbursed less charges and/or any return fees, with the same payment method used for the purchase transaction.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs of the products to be replaced/returned.
The return shipping costs of the products to be replaced/returned are borne by us in case of product defects.
We bear the cost of shipping the changed products back to you.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

NO returns or exchanges of products with customisations requested ad hoc by the customer.
NO returns or exchanges are made for the customized products chosen in the Customized section
End-of-series discounted items in the Special Offers section and unique items in general cannot be returned or exchanged
Returned items must still have the label and be returned in their original packaging
Returned items must not show visible signs of wear or use
It isNOT possible to return a Gift Card
For Extra EU shipments, taxes and customs duties and any other charges are your responsibility
For shipments to Switzerland and the UK, we kindly ask you to contact us by email info@70s.it before making a return/exchange procedure .

You will receive a refundwithin 10 days of receipt of your return, subject to verification of the condition of the product, using the same method of payment used for the purchase.

It is possible to exchange the goods ordered, e.g. if the size is wrong, or if you want another model or article.
